Business Development Improvement Program
Funding Opportunity for Jackson Township Businesses
Jackson Township Community Improvement Corporation (CIC) is proud to offer the Business Development/Improvement Program (BDIP). This program is designed to support local businesses that are investing, expanding, or improving their facilities—while strengthening the overall economic vitality of our community.
This program provides grant funding to eligible businesses located in, or relocating to, Jackson Township for projects such as building improvements, facility expansions, and other capital investments that create jobs and support long-term growth. Grant awards may cover up to 50% of total project costs, helping businesses move forward with meaningful investments that might not otherwise be possible.
The program is open to for-profit businesses that have been operating for at least one year and are located within eligible zoning districts. Projects are reviewed on a rolling basis each year, as long as funding is available, and are evaluated based on factors such as job creation, project readiness, community impact, and aesthetic improvements.
If you are a Jackson Township business owner considering an expansion, renovation, or relocation project, this program may be a great fit. Business owners are strongly encouraged to reach out early to discuss project ideas, eligibility, and the application process.
