Total Fitness Tuesday- Cardio and strength class using timed intervals or counted repetitions.
Core and More- Strength class focusing on the core muscles, abdominals, hips and back.
Line Dancing– Dance along to a repeating sequence of steps while arranged in one or more lines.
Bodyweight Bootcamp-Bodyweight strength and conditioning class.
Piyo in the Park-Low impact workout using core strength, flexibility, balance and stability.
Barre-Ballet and Pilates fitness concepts come together for a low impact body sculpting, muscle endurance workout.
Yoga-A moving flow including yoga poses and breath work. Yoga mat required.
Move it Monday-Conditioning workout followed by mobility.
Pound– A workout combining Cardio, conditioning and strength using lightly weighted drumsticks
