The holder of this permit (reservation) shall be held responsible for any damages incurred to the park property or facilities. They shall also be responsible for cleaning up the park grounds that are affected by their event.
I, with the intention of binding myself, my spouse, my heirs, my leal representatives and my assigns, voluntarily, knowingly and expressly release the Board of Trustees of Jackson Township, Stark County, Ohio or any member of employee thereof from all claims, demands, actions, judgments and executions that I now have or may have or that anyone claiming through me may have or claim to have against the Board of Education of the Jackson Local School District, Stark County and the Board of Trustees of Jackson Township, Stark County, Ohio or any member or employee thereof, created by or arising of my participation in any of the programs offered in the Jackson Township Parks.
