Jackson Township Police Department

Major Jim Monigold oversees all divisions of the Police Department to ensure that officers are acting in accordance with the objectives and goals of the Jackson Township Police Department.  Some of the Major’s other responsibilities are to establish standards, procedures and implement polices to be followed by the members of Jackson Township Police Department.  He also oversees the continued efficiency of the day to day operations of the members of the Patrol Division, Investigative Division, and is a liaison to the court system.  In addition, the Major will review employee investigatory and disciplinary matters and make recommendations to the Chief of Police.    

The Major is involved in assisting the Chief with the budget for the Police Department.  The Major assists the Chief with planning and other functions as it relates to the operations of the Police Department.  His contact information is majormonigold@jtpd.com.
