Safety Village
The 2025 Jackson Township Safety Village Registration is Now Open!
The Jackson Township Safety Village will take place from June 9 through June 12, 2025, at Lake Cable Elementary School, located at 5335 Villa Padova Dr. NW, Canton, OH 44718.
Who Can Attend?
Children who reside in Jackson Township and have completed Kindergarten or First Grade during the 2024-2025 school year are eligible to participate.
Program Details:

Time: 8:45 a.m. – Noon (daily)

Cost: $30 per child

Capacity: Limited to 120 children
What Will Kids Learn?
Safety Village teaches essential safety lessons, including:
Stranger Danger
Bicycle & Pedestrian Safety
Fire Prevention & “Two Ways Out”
Calling 911
Bus Safety
Water Safety
Wildlife Safety
Boat & Weather Safety
Children will also have the opportunity to explore Fire and Police Equipment up close and experience the Family Safety Education Trailer.
Jackson Township Safety Village is a cooperative effort between the Jackson Township Fire & Police Departments and Jackson Local Schools.
